Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripened bananas
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ? cup SKIPPY? Peanut Butter
  • ? cup dark chocolate morsels
  • ? cup chopped roasted almonds
  • ? teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, mash bananas with potato masher or fork and stir in oats and peanut butter.
  3. Spread mixture in bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels, almonds and salt.
  5. Bake 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. Cut into squares.
